1-5 Install Other Parts

1-5-1 CPU

ASUS P5L-MX has a Socket 775 for CPU.

1-5-2 DRAM

System’s minimum requirement is 512MB.

1-5-3 VGA Card

Normally you don’t need to install additional VGA card because most of motherboards equips

with on-board VGA chip. However, if your motherboard doesn’t provide this spec, you should

install additional VGA card. Please refer to the “Chapter 1-9” to buy the suitable VGA card

with compatible VGA chip.

1-5-4 Reset Button on Case

Please DO NOT attach the Reset Button to the reset pin of motherboard, which means, please

do not enable reset function.

If users make the mistake to trigger the reset button, it will immediately shut down the whole

machine abnormally and loose some records. However, if users push the “Power Button”, the

system could close all the opened files, and keep the integrity of records.
