Allows to enables or disables PCI Error Logging.
Conguration options: [Disabled] [Enabled].
Posion Support [Disabled]
Allows to enables or disables Posion Support.When posioning is enabled, CPU
dose not signal the uncorrectable error via MCERR but may signal CMCI is
