4. Add drives to the array by highlighting them and pressing the “Insert” button. Then press

“Enter” to move to the Array Properties Menu.

5. Select “RAID1 (Mirror)” for the Array Type, then press “Enter”

6. Assign an Array Label, for example: “docSTAR”, then press “Enter”.

7 For the Create RAID via option, select “Quick Init” and then press “Enter”.

* NOTE:

Selecting “Quick Init” will cause all existing data on the drives to be lost. Only

select “Quick Init” if this is a new configuration.
